Mischief Mayhem is based in Melbourne, Australia and ships orders Australia-wide.

We offer Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express shipping at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays or peak periods. Mischief Mayhem is not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Outerwear

We offer a 14-day return policy on tops/shorts, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Lingerie (Underwear)

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear items for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

To assist us, we may request photos and your order details.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
